Kevin McKenna

Chief Executive Officer
Kevin is responsible for proving the overall strategic direction for the Ignitist team and ensuring that the company works to provide excellent service to the consumer while maximizing corporate value. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in digital and direct-to-consumer marketing for both major brands and digital startups. He has held senior level positions in publicly traded companies and founded multiple successful digital insurance marketing companies, the largest of which was industry pioneer, The Credo Group, acquired by Tranzact.

Jeff Payne

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff has over 30 years of financial experience, and nearly 25 years as a CFO. Jeff is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, tax, legal, and human resources at Ignitist. He also supports the CEO and others on the executive team with strategic planning and execution. Jeff also worked with IT and technology teams to develop key support platforms that are used to track, measure, and report on key metrics as well as drive operational efficiencies in the key operating areas of the Company.

Daniel Baderschneider

Chief Operating Officer
Daniel has worked with insurance carriers to develop technology and marketing programs to support the direct sales of life and health insurance products for nearly 25 years. During that time, he oversaw the design and development of numerous websites and online to office technologies in support of sales of Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D Prescription Drug, Final Expense Life Insurance, and ancillary insurance offerings to the senior market.

Dan Good

Chief Marketing Officer

Dan is responsible for the Member Services department and engagement strategies, as well as developing data driven strategies for outbound dialing and lead generation to increase sales and retention. Dan has 18 years of experience crafting and executing digital marketing and call center strategies exclusively in insurance verticals. Dan started his career at The Credo Group as a digital media buyer, developing and scaling lead generation and online sales campaigns for insurance carriers including Prudential, AIG, and Mutual of Omaha.

Andy Sacco

Chief Technology Officer

Andy has 20 years of experience in the insurance and technology industry. He began his career at Independence Blue Cr oss in Philadelphia, then worked at The Credo Group under Kevin McKenna. After the acquisition by Tranzact, he remained with Tranzact for the next 12 years and became Head of Product Development, overseeing engineering teams to create proprietary technology solutions built to serve a variety of functions within the insurance lifecycle.
